We’re a team of 27 who are all passionate about the benefits of technology for seniors, and we see it as our mission to help make technology relevant and engaging. Our diverse team comprises a wide range of experts with specific skills in the senior market whether they work in UX, developers, design, sales, marketing or customer service. We’re a diverse team who hold 12 different nationalities and speak 12 different languages.  

Mike Parsons
Mike ParsonsChairman
Mike Parsons is our chairman and also an investor in Breezie. Mike is an entrepreneur who founded an advertising agency that he eventually sold to Saatchi & Saatchi, thereby becoming a major shareholder in that company. He went on to found Barchester Healthcare, the UK’s leading care provider, building it into a billion-pound business that now cares for over 10,000 people at over 220 locations. He is also chair of the Barchester Foundation, a charity set up to reinvest in the communities Barchester serves, with the mission of making a difference in the lives of older people and other adults with a physical or mental disability.
John Hopper

John Hopper is chief investment officer at the Linkage investment Ziegler Link•Age Longevity Fund, L.P. The Fund is the first to focus exclusively on aging market companies that provide innovative products, services and technologies to meet the growing needs of seniors and their care providers. The Fund invested in Breezie in March 2015.
Ian Nolan
Ian NolanChief Investment Officer
Ian Nolan has three decades of experience in finance, private equity and investment management. An investor in Breezie, Ian was chief investment officer of the UK Green Investment Bank between 2012 and 2014. He started his career at 3i Group in 1987, becoming chief investment officer in 2009, with responsibility for managing £10 billion of assets. He has a diverse range of global equity and debt investment experience that includes the infrastructure and alternative energy sectors, and was also a member of various of 3i Group’s executive and risk management committees, including the Executive Committee, Investment Committee, Risk Committee and Conflicts Committee. In 2012, he set up the UK Green Investment Bank, and was the chief investment officer through 2014. Since inception, the bank has mobilized £5 billion into the UK alternative energy sector.
