Connected tablets deliver care to residents at home

Catholic Healthcare explain why they have deployed Breezie to their Community Services home care package clients. The personalised tablets are tailored to the specific needs of each client who are able to access the social and psychological benefits that connected technology can deliver through a range of online communication platforms, as well as allow them to manage contact with carers and loved ones.

The connected tablets have been branded MyCH (pronounced Mitch) which form part of the wider home care package that Catholic Healthcare are providing their clients.

Residents love seeing weekly menus in an Australian aged care facility

Each resident at Arcare Parkview Malvern East receives a Breezie tablet device to learn and use.

Bette, the community’s tech guru, has been helping fellow residents to get started online.

Residents are enjoying listening to their choice in music, being able to access the weekly menus online and also video calling family.
